About the Minister
W.
Rush Wyatt is a native of Atlanta, GA, and has been preaching the truth of
the Gospel of Christ since 1969. He has served as the minister for
congregations in Pennsylvania, Texas, and Georgia throughout his preaching
career.
Prior to his work at the Westside School Road congregation, Rush Wyatt
served as the education minister of the Greenbriar Church of Christ in
Atlanta, GA. At the Greenbriar congregation, he developed Bible study
curricula and conducted numerous teachers’ training workshops. He was also
one of the hosts of a daily radio broadcast, “Speaking as the Oracles of
God”.
Rush is a graduate of Northeastern Christian College, and Lubbock Christian
University. In addition to personal evangelism and pulpit ministry, he also
does personal work in the areas of family, pre-marital counseling, and
marriage counseling. He also has a articles that appears in the Open Bible
presently available. The Open Bible is one that has commentary and articles
exclusively by ministers of the churches of Christ.
He has been married for 29 years and has three daughters, one of which is
married with two children.
